Request Tab bar for Text editor at below of toolbar edit
To open text in new Tab
To open new Tab by touching "New" option on toolbar edit
Although option of "open in new window" is important too
......

My mean is opening new text or opening New Tab all in same window via touching on "New" and "Open" options on toolbar edit instead of opening in numerous windows although "Open in new window" option in main menu is necessary too
