I'll be honest, I use a lot of modded apps and tweaks but I always donate for pro to the really good ones. I donated for pro for Floating Apps. The Floating Apps - Extra Windows -Plus Drawers Platform is beautiful and runs great on my non-rooted device. It's beautifully designed, lacks lag or hang ups, and having different window designs gives the ability to personally customize in depth without needing a custom rom. There's a lot that can be said for this.
My idea's for improvements,
Basic first:
Theming options - Like Wallpaper options/choices for the windows/drawers.
Extra Menu Side Drawer - With a placeable/movable/lock in place invisable button. For the hidden/vault drawer - maybe even a lockable option? With the right launcher + the right design, would be an improvement. For those tool apps that make Google, Microsoft, and every ad company hate me.
Partner Launcher - A launcher designed to pair with the Floating Apps platform or even a fully integrated Floating Apps GUI Launcher. Seems like the Crown of the non-custom rom/custom Android path. Or even for those who root but don't want a custom rom. Floating Apps is the custom rom.
*The create a web-based app through the floating windows, ingenious idea for web based games, search engine shortcuts, and could turn any site into a tool app (like Grammarly's amazing Editing program). Web platform tends to be less buggy in many instances. As it transfers some of the load to network vs system memory, as long as there is steady network connection..
That being said, customizable icon options for the inbedded apps in the Floating Apps platform would also be an improvement. Just like with the launchers.
Also, the Floating Apps "system app" icons need a settings option to open in external windowed and non-windowed apps. For instance, the browser icon would open a windowed FireFox browser of the actual app vs just the search engine through the integrated browser. No offense, but I don't trust the privacy and security of the integrated browser quite yet.
External app activation option + customizable inbedded system icons = fully integrated external apps, lol..
More Privacy/Security Options with the whole app, but especially with anything web/browser based. Block third party cookies, block trackers - adding extra privacy and security to the floating app system. Seeing as it's beautifully integrated into the Android file system. I have yet to see if the Floating Apps Browser is a piggy back system or stand alone. Either way.
I think that's all I have for now, but I've only had Floating Apps for two days.
Still, it's an amazing app as it is. Keep the ingenuitivity coming.
